How to Hard Reset the Fitbit Luxe

So while I appreciate the attempt of trying to help us, this is NOT a hard reset but a SOFT reset. And yes, there is a huge difference...

I'm using a fitbit luxe with an unresponsive touch screen. I want to completely erase the entire device and start over from scratch. I want to try this before buying a completely different brand as Fitbit seems to have been failing me for the past several years. So far I have not found a way to do this so we'll see...fitbit luxe doesn't have any physical buttons.

As far as I can tell, the blackscreen problems are caused by the recent firmware update. If there is a way to do a factory reset that would revert to the previous version, it would solve most of the black screen issues.

This happens to me every time I charge! Ive just ordered a new charger, could the charger be the problem?. It's still in guarantee but the Argos I bought it from has shut down so it will be a hassle to return. Is this black screen problem common with the Luxe?

WRONG. that is a soft reset not a hard reset. I'm am looking how to do an actual hard reset so not sure why this video came up

Didn’t work. Fitbit Luxe is dead. Will not charge or turn on. The watch is less than two years old, $129. Expensive for such a short life span. Will find something else.
