You say factory reset, but I think that is only data wipe right, as a lot of people have problems with firmware update, would be nice to roll that back.

To anyone who's fitbit is stuck on the logo, drop it on the floor with no force, once it bounces a bit, height of drop being nowhere bigger than 30cm and it should work, mine went off logo and turned on and started charging so, this is your last resort if nothing else is working because pressing buttons for me didn't work

mine is even worse it says the clock face must be reinstalled you cant even push the settings and this trick wont work either just says please download new clock face .fitbit is just garbage and the sleep tracking is horrible i havent slept 8 hours for 20 years yet this junk says i sleep 8 hours lol dont waste your money
