How to Restart/Reboot Fitbit Charge 3 or 4

This would work, except that I want to reboot my Charge 4 because it will not start an exercise and it will not swipe left beyond the "Exercise" screen.

PLEASE HELP idk what to do anymore since ive had this fotbit n i dont want to bother buying a new one if its fixable. My fitbit charge 3 screen is always dim not bright n cant fix the brightess since cant see anything on it. The middle part of my screen is always black cant read anything on it and now i cant sync my data of it with my phone so i was wondering if you could help

I have white/grey banding. Customer support chat recommended reboot first. But that didn't help. Now my ticket is being escalated.
