What worked for me (wasn't syncing to iphone and could not get logo to show up) sliding to the left and following your directions for shutting down. Still couldn't get logo to come on - plugged it into the charger for just a moment - and logo came back on and it is syncing once again. Thank you!😊

How do I get the versa two to pair with my phone? I reconnected it, but it is not showing the notifications between the phone and the Fitbit or any. It keeps coming up with a pairing request request and I click on pair and it keeps saying pair so I was wondering if you have any ideas on how to correct that issue.

Holding the side button won’t force restart if you have a shortcut set on it for that action.

Why is there no synch button to synch the time?

I did it the “shut down” way. Not my versa 2 days “data not cleared Sync & try again”. The app wants me to basically do a factory reset. Wants me to forget the device on Bluetooth then wait for the activation code.
