I'm seeing some changes from mewing in my 30s.
"If you're not mewing, what are you doing?" ❤

Thank you. Your work is very valuable and should become the mainstream treatment method for malocclusion.

I just saw my profile on video (usually torture) but after Mewing for like 9-12 MONTHS, my “recessed chin” was no longer recessed! I’m a 45 yr old model/ YouTuber who’s pretty much ALWAYS aware of my face. I was a great student! ❤❤❤ Tks, Dr. Mike!

How to fix facial asymmetries for some who ask :

1. Sleep on your back, sleeping either on your left/right side pushes your face to that side , leading to a droopy look .

2. Stop eating at one side, over using that side makes that side stronger pushing your face the side you mostly eat more . I recommend try eating on the other side you less often bite from.

3. Do facial exercises, the key to is to have fully control over your face. We have a asymmetrical face due to over using one side of our face . Having full control and pushing one side with the other can help over time .

4: you all time favorite….MEWING !
Start mewing you people !

5. Stop over using one side of your face, it applies pressure on your face leading to un even face (I guess this was meant for #3).

That’s all I guess with experience, but I might be missing some but these are quite important. Therefore being patient is key as well, this takes time . Don’t over use one side of your face, fully working your left and your right can help improve the way you look . Good luck everyone !

Mewing is a form of Yoga. Called Kechari Mudra. It has magical effects on the brain as well. People stop overthinking after this. 🕉️❤️

52, started at 48, cheekbones moved up and jawline sharper. It did make my masseyter muscles bigger but it holds my face up.

I'm sixteen and been mouth breathing for most of my life, about 2 months ago I started mewing and I'm already seeing some serious results, I have a recessed chin/jawline that's improving more and more over time

Dr Mike Mew,

please look at the importance of nasal breathing, as those who struggle [with nasal breathing], aren't able to mew [to their potential]. It's a very underrated topic/subject which I believe you should cover more in.
