This is a simple keto friendly, low carb breakfast that can be made ahead of time the night before and can last up to a week in the refrigerator if made in large batches. Add chia seeds and almond milk to a bowl, mix together, cover, and refrigerate for a least an hour or two or overnight. Once you remove it from the refrigerator mix again and it should thicken up. Then you can top it with your fruit.
