For those who don't like the seed texture: Use ground chia for a smooth pudding.
Buy pre-ground chia or grind it yourself in a blender or coffee grinder.

Do be careful with chia seeds if you have low blood pressure. I made a drink with a spoonful of chia seeds and immediately felt like I was gonna faint. Had a massive headache too.

I love chia seeds! First time my husband tried it, he ate nearly three cups of it which we weren’t aware of the high fiber until about 20 minutes later. 😂

I made it kinda like this. I blended a banana a a little water to make banana milk. Then added the 4 tbls chia seeds. Fridge for a little while and topped with chopped banana. Add sweetener if you like sweeter. But the banana milk is pretty good. I will have to try it your way too.

Same gurl I love chia seed a tip is too add maple syrup some cinnamon and apples it’s delicious reminds me of apple pie you can also add pretzels but I don’t always

Thank you for this easy recipe to help get things moving and it looks really delicious anything with blueberries and strawberries I'm definitely going to love and I like my chia but I've never had it and I'm putting so this is really cool, you should follow you where do I follow you FB I guess it would be up because that's what I'm on cuz I don't do Instagram or other things. But that was awesome and I'm going to try it but I wish you would have done measurements like how much almond milk and that kind of stuff
