On the topic of Pokemon learning useless moves, like Cryogonal does, Iron Valiant can learn skill swap. Since it's only ability, Quark Drive, cannot be swapped, it essentially does absolutely NOTHING and it never will do anything.

I’ve heard since a early whooper design had 4 legs it was coded being able to learn punch moves but it’s designed changed they never recoded it

Dodrio actually does have wings, they are just similar to as* emus and are very hard to spot because they blend in with their body perfectly.

According to all known laws and aviations, a Vullaby should not be able to fly. Its wings are too tiny to get their fat little body off the ground. The Vullaby, of course, flies anyway. Because Vullaby doesn't care what humans think is impossible.
