Exercising his rights isn't being a jerk and it isn't being defensive it's called a right for a reason just because somebody exercises a right doesn't mean you can weaponize that. Unless you're a dirty or bad cop then they do it all the time.

Kinda scary, you have to go to law school to protect yourself from the people who are supposed to protect you. Good cops exist but in my personal experience they are very rare.

you can make laws that require a CRIME for the law to be carried out, police will ALWAYS use "we got a call" "suspicion" "investigation" BUT NO CRIME
