I just started purchasing gold and silver on Costco since the 1st part of Sept 2024. I've purchased 200 oz of silver eagles, 1oz gold eagle and 1oz gold Buffalo. They come available on the Costco web-site and depending on how many they have they might last as long as 8 hours to a day and half. Have been very pleased with my purchases.

I considered buying some Pt but had to ask myself "Just what will Pt do for me that gold will not?". As I thought about that, I could not come up with anything that would argue
in favor of Pt, so Au it is. There was a time, years ago when if the price of Pt were to dip below that of Au, it was a screaming BUY signal. But those days seem to be over now
and Pt has fallen to less than 1/2 of the price of Au, with no sign of a recovery to Pt's former glory. Maybe it will and maybe it won't but I don't have a good reason for thinking
that it will, so am not stacking any Pt. I prefer Ag for the speculative portion of my stack and much of that was bought for $14-$16 an oz., so it's done pretty well.

The industrial demand for, platinum is declining as the major manufacturing use is for mufflers on non electric vehicles. Based on this, I am sticking to gold and silver for stacking.

I wonder how long it's going to take them to accept the metals they sell for goods. Maybe they are setting up their own monetary system for customers based on PM'S. YOU never know. Crazier things have happened!
