Thank you for adding the message at the end. It is truly hard to accept myself knowing that I just can not produce enough milk to exclusively breastfeed. After doing absolutely everything I can and failing to produce more milk, I cannot help but look at myself and cry and want to hate myself for not being able to feed my own child.
My husband and family all tell me it’s okay, my child is okay, it’s easy to hear the words of encouragement, it’s a little harder to accept.
But the message still is nice to hear, that Baby will love me the same, no matter what.

I'm almost 6 months in and still pumping away. I almost gave up but I'm steadily going. I noticed anything with oats tend to increase my supply. 👍😁

One note for moms who bf and pump, late at night after pumping, just rinse pump parts and put in the fridge, don't worry about washing after each pump session! Saves so much time and dread.

Diana, I am finishing my first year of CRNA school, am a single mom, and have watched your videos since the first trimester- my baby boy is now 8 weeks old! I am so appreciative of your videos. The end of this video was so validating. I am almost exclusively pumping due to having long classes 3-4 days a week during didactic courses. I have to supplement because I cannot keep up with my baby's demand from just pumping... but you are right, we still bond whether it's over bottle or breast- looking into those eyes is the best feeling!! Thank you so much for all of your videos, they have helped so much with becoming a new mom.

I had my third baby 4 weeks ago and although he is feeding well I am still trying to keep up and not lose any supply! Your video is very helpful! I couldn’t feed my first baby due to latching issues and I was young and uninformed 9 years ago so did not continue with breast feeding for him! So this time really want to keep up with it!!!

I’m so thankful for all of your videos! I’m 33 weeks and a first time mama. Both me and my husband are nervous. Especially me with feeding.

Hi!! Last video you made I left a comment that I was going to my doc appointment and I would ask her about how I can properly have a home induced birth… and I went to the doc and she ordered a ultrasound for fetal weight and turns out baby was in the 3 percentile and I had to be induced that same day!! So I had my baby Saturday 2/26- yay! My gestational age was 37w5days- she measured at 18in and 4lbs and 12 oz- no NICU though. I’m breastfeeding now so I’m happy to listen to your advice! Thank you!!
