Egyptology - Pyramid Construction

The Great Pyramid of Giza, also known as the Pyramid of Khufu, is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza Necropolis bordering what is now El Giza, Egypt. It is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one to remain largely intact. Its sides climb at an angle of slightly less than 52 degrees, rising to a summit of 480 feet. But how did they manage to manoeuvre 2.5 tonne blocks to such an incredible height without the crane or the block and tackle system? It was a challenge to the ancient Egyptians and still remains a mystery to modern archaeologists.

I love sitting here listening to someone explaining to me how the pyramids were built, when they actually have no idea.

Newton didn't discovered gravity at that time so the block can fly.

Probably one of the first places I would go if I could go back in time, to see how the hell they built the pyramids. Fascinating.

What is also mind-boggling is that there are intricate tunnel systems inside, which further illustrates how skillfully engineered they are.

So many shocked about how they were built, but imagine a race of people who no 9-5 job, no electronics, no internet, no youtube, no tiktok etc. Imagine how much time youd have to actually accomplish things

"There is nothing new under the sun" The problem is modern humans believe they are the most intelligent and the ones before are most primitive. You can never learn anything from those you perceive as less than you.
Approach history with respect, sit at it's feet, accept that with all your technology you might be the primitive one. Then and only then will you have a chance to learn and discover the wisdom and technology of Egypt.

As a stonemason, this subject has always fascinated me. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cut and shape granite with the tools that we are told were used in the construction of the pyramids. These people were clearly very advanced craftsmen with very advanced technology. Simple as that.

The construction is impressive.
But the cleanup is also. They cleaned up so well that we have almost no evidence of how it was constructed.
Amazing.

These are the same people that can figure out how the universe was created nearly 14 billion years ago, how life started on Earth nearly 5 billion years ago but can’t figure out how these pyramids were built 6, 000 years ago. Ok got it!

An unsolved mystery! I visited and sat for hours admiring the great technological ingenuity. Just like guessing the creation of the universe.

For guys who saying the man lost 30 years, it's the journey that is valuable more than destination. He devoted his life to something he loves. Great man
