Grahm Hancock says he climbed the great pyramid 5 times, twice while it was still legal.  On the south side, one step down from the top he saw "P. HANCOCK 5th of April 1916" carved into the stone.  He looked at his grandfather Philip's diary, who was in Egypt during WW1, and on that very date, it said "climbed great pyramid today"

In ancient hyroglyphic it says "We've been trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty."

It translates to "for a good time call Rameses"

Looking at all the stones on the great pyramid from this view is just insane.
The amount of stone that went into building it is unbelievable

Climbed up myself in 1985 (at night) AND was briefly (15 mins) arrested once back down and told “not to do it again’ . (They were mostly concerned with our safety btw) the top is full of graffiti mostly from the 19th and 20th.century . I however would never desecrate a monument like that.

The view is awesome. What I find amazing is that the Egyptians allowed him to paraglide around the pyramids. They are extremely protective about them.
