Nobody goes to their favorite fast food restaurant for health food. Sure, you may sometimes order a salad or a diet soda, but going through the drive-thru for a combo meal isn't about watching your waistline. It's about a craving. You know it's not particularly good for you; you just want it.

Before I learned how to reset my metabolism, I would eat a whole Chipotle Burrito Bowl with two extra tortillas (Two make it myself burritos with leftovers in the bowl)
Once I properly reset my stomach to proper size, the same burrito bowl and two tortilla shells is *FIVE* meals and I am stuffed after each one.
There's a reason I dropped from 260 down to 190.

wow! Seeing the Book It and Personal Pan pizza gave me a beautiful blast of nostalgia. "The Magic Tree House" book series earned me a lot of personal pan pizzas lol :)

Eating these items as a treat on occasions (once or twice a month) is absolutely fine. If you're getting in your exercise, and eating healthy the rest of the time. ENJOY!
