This recipe was first when doing a Google search, so I chose this. Denver had a good 10” of snow dump over night, so this sounded simple yet flavorful. Whenever I’ve made stuffed shells or manicotti, I prefer the cottage cheese over ricotta for the sole reason being creamy. This recipe did NOT disappoint and I didn’t have to spend half of the afternoon in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing and Happy Holidays 2024 🎉

Can I boil the noodles instead of using uncooked noodles ? Just reduce the time in half ???
