Jordan great video. I changed my planer boards in about 20 minutes but I used nylon covered 30 pound flexible leader wire and the leader crimp sleeves and it was easier than bending the wire around the flag and the release clip. Did it for about $3 and they work awesome!

great video.  I opted for the non tattle boards last year when I bought a set.  glad I came across the video before upgraded.  I found that the plastic washer needs to be a decent thickness in order to prevent the flag from getting hung up, just needs that extra space.  thanks again.

I made my own tattle kit using .035 stainless steel wire and used round nose pliers to form the loops and bends. It worked out very well. Picked up the nylon washers and springs at the local hardware store.

good video. The tattle flag kits are seriously over priced for what they are. Especially after paying 30-40 bucks for a OR12. The kit basically doubles the cost

Nice job! What size spring and where did you find the wire that size?

You should try selling those for a reasonable price. I would certainly give one a try
