Divergence means not convergence, not necessarily diverging to inf.

I have a doubt. Shouldn't it be indeterminate? As we know that answer is gonna be between 0 and 2

Logically, 0 should be a correct answer because the area under the cos curve are the same but one side is positive and the other negative. Kinda like doing :1-1+1-1+1-1+1... To infinity
