I'm the one who's up all night with thoughts rattling around in my head (hence the time I am up planning how I want to handle conflicts, how to handle someone at work and how to finish my nursery) so I don't have peace when my body just wants sleep

So, it’s my own thoughts that are telling me, “you’re not allowed to do that. Mask your true self because people won’t accept you if you do that. You’re not worthy of love when you’re dysregulated. It’s not ok to feel that way. You’re not good enough. Tough love is what you need in order to not be dysregulated.” Oh, I think I just had a realization. Yeah, people in my past may have said these things, BUT DAMMIT! THEY’RE NOT FUCKING HERE ANYMORE! I NEED TO JUST GET OVER HOW THEY TREATED ME!!! I feel like I need to give myself tough love in order for me to get that though. Because YOU’RE RIGHT!
