This video is for every woman that has ruined her hair by overbleaching and overcolouring. After bleaching and colouring my hair since 2013 on a monthly basis, I had ruined my hair up to the point where it was hanging dead beside my face. It had weakened to the point where there was no more aliveness in the hair strand. So I decided to stop bleaching/colouring my hair and let my hair grow out naturally. I've even taken some intense measurements to shave off my hair completely to get a fresh new start with my hair. In this video I'm sharing with you my personal hair journey. My goal is to grow back my hair naturally for the next 3 years. But this time with the wisdom of what is good and healthy for my hair and what I should avoid doing to my hair in the future. This means no more heat, no more chemical hair colouring and avoiding commercial chemical shampoo, conditioner etc.

The reason why I ran my hands through my hair so often was because I thought it would be helpful for you to see the hair growth up close hair by hair and really see the texture it has at every stage. My personal hair growth journey of success, I adhered to this routine:
Take early morning sunshine daily for vitamin D. Eat vegetables of all colours. Using paraben-free and fragrance free shampoo and gently massaging two times per week with hair oil from litttleextra's cocooonion oil. Imp. to keep in mind that hair growth is affected by overall health as well as circulation and nutrition.

I’m glad you posted this. I donated my hair to cancer in honor of my mother. Im approaching 4 months. I wasn’t sure if my hair was growing at the correct rate but it seems like our hair grew pretty similarly.

I, for one, found the hair touching to be quite nice. It had a calming effect on me, and it prompted me to think about how much I love my own hair! It also helped me visualize the thickness and length. Anyway, you look so happy doing it.

My hair growth is actually really fast according to the people around me. And the only reason why I noticed this as well is that I have had to shave my head a couple of times because, surprise, surprise, "my hair is too long for a boy". For me, it takes about a month and a half to get my hair down to my neck.
