I really like this (randomly recommended) video. He's not advertising or trying to sell us anything, just sharing tips and stating facts. Crazy how rare that is to see on YouTube. Thanks for the advice! Keep it up :)

As a girl who suffers from anorexia for 4 years I have to say, food, sleep and good exercise are key. I had most gorgeous hair before being sick

1. Don’t cut your hair, only trim a bit once a year.
2. Take care of your scalp. Wash at least twice a week.
3. Don’t dye your hair.
4. Don’t use too much heat on it.
5. Be patient.

As a former stylist, I can confirm, getting regular trims is only necessary if you want to maintain the shape of a specific style (or get rid of damaged ends) not when you want to grow your hair out!

How I grew my hair one inch a month was
1. No trims for one year
2. Shampoo only scalp
3. Conditioner only ends
4. Oil the ends.
I used blow dryer every other day but used heat protection
My hair is down to my butt and very thick

My hair didn’t grow for 10 years and I had extensions. It turned out I was so mal nourished and once I started with a nutritionist and started eating oats, nuts, salmon etc it began to grow. Thank you for these videos. ❤

Thank you for validating not getting regular trims! I go and get a trim roughly twice a year, and every hairdresser I've told "it's been 6 months since my last trim" is always shocked and throw shade at me for it! I was getting regular trims for about a year, every 2 months, and my hair was getting shorter each time, so I stopped it

During quarantine and those 2 awful years of covid, I kept my hair in braids every day, not joking. They were in every hour of every day until I took them out once a week to wash my hair, not knowing that braids were one of the most protective hairstyles you could do. This allowed for my ends, my mids, and even my new roots to grow without any heat and little breakage. In a year, my hair went from just past my shoulders to my waist. But, this was keeping my hair up every single day for 2 full years. If you are up for it and want to leave braids in for that long, I would recommend this entirely. Even an entire summer or a few months might help at least a little.
**I'm not a professional or even a new student, I am just speaking from experience. I don't know if this will work on your hair as well, or be convenient but I thought I might share.**

Thank you SO MUCH for telling the truth about NOT trimming! I am so annoyed of ppl telling me I should get the hair trimmed when I try to grow it out. I try to explain to them that hair grows out in the roots, NOT in the end. What you do to your ENDS does NOT affect the roots.

1) hair is breaking from the middle and turning to dust from bottom
2) leave in conditioner to preserve moisture
3) hair oils for ends
4) eat right, exercise to better metabolism

I made a rosemary water face toner, and it involved boil fresh rosemary . My eyebrows were super thick from it, and rosemary water really works. I just haven't made it since then. I made it for skin care, but it really makes your hair grow.

Your Trinity routine has been a game-changer for me! In just 4 months, I've noticed significant hair growth and overall health. My hair also feels strong and shiny, and I can skip my daily washes - it stays healthy and not greasy for 3-4 days now. It's incredible how much I've learned and improved my hair care thanks to you. I'm sure countless others like me are grateful for the knowledge and inspiration you share through your videos! xxx

I appreciate the advice on not trimming the ends too often. I had long hair and hairdresser cut it all off because it was "damaged" and they made me believe that I needed the trims and that my hair is naturally damaged, cause I wasn't ever using heat or color or anything else to damage it. Crazy

Saw a snippet of you on tiktok. I had a hairdresser tell me that genetically my hair would never get past my shoulders. She had me keep coming back every six weeks for trims. I followed your advice and it’s almost to the bottom of my shoulder blades!! Super impressed

I improved my hair by following these: Including more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi fruit, 7-8 hrs of adequate sleep daily, consume nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also eat fish like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using mild, pure shampoo, oil, neem wooden comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion two times a week. This is good for hair fall control.

I’ve started making my own rosemary water, I put it in my hair every other day after a bath. It’s gotten a lot thicker and longer in such a short period of time!

It works!

Love that you mentioned diet and exercise. I know someone who literally didn’t eat enough and her hair just fell out as her calories were so low. It’s like her body shut down biological processes because there was not enough energy to support them. Not worth it! Health always first. ❤

Wow a hairdresser who admits that you don't need frequent trims! I love it, new subscriber from me! Six weekly trims are for aesthetics only and a lot of people have bought into the lie.
