I really like this series of comparisons :) whether it is 3/4 class comparison or business class in 3 airlines, love it. Maybe next a Qatar vs Etihad vs Emirates updated business version?

I appreciate that you guys just show what's important: lounges, seat comfort/functions, amenity kits, and meals. No long videos of take off/landing, walking down the airport, etc. You keep your videos a reasonable length. I particularly like the call button challenge.

I come from the United family and I also currently work for United Airlines however after watching this I can say 100% that Delta takes the cake for this challenge

It’s indeed fascinating that it’s Business Class in 3 different airlines. That’s awesome.

14:04, one thing that I did really like about United was the fact that the crew would be very respectful of personal space. Usually on my flights with them, they don't loom over you and quite constantly will squat down to make you more comfortable.

Delta crew are the happiest (in general), so it's no surprise that the service would be so friendly. As an American, Delta is my favorite of the three for US travel, but for transcontinental travel some Delta planes in Business are MUCH older than even seen here. American's product is much more consistently good. Tip: if you book on Delta in business for transatlantic and are using miles, pounds or dollars make sure it's a newer airplane!!

I lived in China for ten years. I returned to the USA 4 times each year. I always flew Delta business class. I loved it. The service was always phenomenal!!

I fly American all the time and also enjoy the ice-cream sundae; such a treat! Plus getting to use the OneWorld partner lounges is a true perk! Love you guys doing these comparisons and I might try the champagne challenge on my next flight.

Here, Delta easily wins. BUT, I’d keep an eye on United. It seems to be a fast improving airline and I wouldn’t be surprised if people started prefering United over Delta soon

Soon as they mentioned the champagne challenge I knew delta was gonna win by far. You’re barely situated and they appear with a tray of drinks, it kinda catches you off guard the first time lol

I love how nicky is just struggling to get his headphones ready while the other two are vibing. Love the flight reviews. Keep up the good work.

Delta by far looks the most compelling! Would have been cool if you guys included JetBlue😆

Living in Denver (United hub), I fly United almost exclusively. They’re a decent enough airline, but I’ll be the first to agree their catering is complete rubbish. That said, seeing a couple of you get so excited about ice cream sundaes made me chuckle. I mean… It’s ice cream. (Not you Liam. Everything you do and say is adorable! 😘)

The staff is where it’s at. Most of the hard products offered are similar. It’s the professionals in the sky who can make or break the experience and they need to know that and be reminded of that constantly.

Pre-pandemic United had ice cream sundae cart service in Polaris. It was absolutely amazing!

Delta for the win! It’s the only way to fly. I’ve never had a bad experience and don’t get me started on the lounge benefit, da best!

Great comparison of the 3! Super small opportunity to make it even better would have been to give maybe 10 or 15 seconds to the Delta "Someone Somewhere" somewhat sustainable amenity kit background, and the QR code where you can get background on the bag designer. But overall a really good comparison of the 3!

As a 30yr DL Captain, I can say that we are the ears and eyes of the airline. We see things nobody else does. My guess is most airline cabin service very similar but the big difference between airlines is what you don’t see. For example, when I see a passenger frantically waving at us from the terminal window at departure time and the cabin door is still open, I go back to the boarding door and mention this to the agent. They are under EXTREME pressure to depart ON TIME, but I accept the delay to get them on. Sure, I’ll get a call from the Chief Pilot, and they say that “on time” is what passengers want, but is that really true? We hate getting these calls about waiting for connecting luggage, fixing something small, or enough catering to feed everyone, but I don’t mind. I know there are sometimes more important things comparing business lounges. So next time you fly, please consider what happens up front and how we affect your travel experience. A small tweet to management might be nice.

1-DL
2-AA—- could be 3 dépends on crew s mood
3-UA ..depends on crew willingness so could be 2
