Jack’s fuggin jacked. I’m 47 & I’ve started loosing weight so I can do more exercise & not be so hard on my body. I’ve lost 10lbs stopping all extra snacking by 99%, cut myself down to one pop a day one tea & water for the rest. I was at 197lbs down to 187lbs looking to get down to 175lbs. I can still get on the best shape of my life if I try.

That’s exactly what I have setup in my get home bag. My military poncho is my tarp, cover, and rain protection. Heavy mil trash bags, tent stakes, and survival bivy is my go to for shelter with the poncho.👍🏼👊🏼💯

SERE school we were building shelters out of parachutes, ponchos freaking anything. And I’ll say Military SERE instructors have insane addlib skillsets!!!! Before the next revolution if you don’t have a good SERE instructor as a friend, I suggest you find one!!!

That's really not a shelter. That's a tarp concealing you. If it rains, you're wet. It's cold, you're hypothermic. It's hot, hyperthermic. Pests, your lunch. Laying directly on the ground is an absolutely terrible idea.

In an urban environment the big black plastic bags are great Camo on the street you can sleep near most bins without harrassment
