I love your videos so much! The recipes are amazing and the way you present your videos are so relaxing. They almost feel like asmr. You're the best! EDIT: Also, the state I live in is home to the city of Seattle which is renowned for its teriyaki, particularly its unique "Seattle-style" teriyaki. It's often considered the city's signature dish and is a staple in many restaurants, particularly smaller, fast-casual establishments. There is a teriyaki restaurant on almost every street.

I appreciate the way you not only provide a recipe's ingredients but also variations and the thought process/role for each ingredient type in this video and your peanut noodle one. Also, consider getting a wooden cutting board- watch out for those microplastics.

Very useful video ❤ I love eastern foods and try a lot to cook authentic eastern dishes. Here in Hungary its not so easy.😅 Unfortunately I have induction stove so I cant use a real wok 😢 I bought something called "mirin-fu", is it okay for teriyaki? I still searching for sake. I have a question for you, what kind of sugar are used in authentic chinese recipes? I doubt its simple white sugar....Thanks!🎉❤❤❤❤
