I did this one. Badass! I put one together today that hurt. Not super heavy sandbag (120lbs). With MS, a bad back, and injuries from fighting, I’m not a hero. That said I did your simple SB workout. 4 C&P, 4 Shoulder Clean. 20 EMOMs. 3 minute warm up. 7 minute decompression and cool down. I’m gonna feel this tomorrow! Keep them coming? Follow your basic keep it simple and challenging premise. It has streamlined my workouts more.

Awesome workout. Do you do this type of training on the same days you do BJJ? What does your weekly split look like balancing work, BJJ, and strength training?

How frequently do you do these types of workouts? I still have it in my head that I need at last 48 hours before another full body work out like this but it seems like I can get two or three in a row before I need to take a lighter day. I don't want to overdo it though so looking to hear form your experience.
