I’m always pressed for time. There is never enough time to get everything done. Working out is something that I have to be very diligent about incorporating into my day. I rarely have time to do a full dedicated workout. So I often have to take movement breaks and incorporate exercise snacks into my day. Sometimes this is 10 or 15 minutes, and others it’s 20 or 30 minutes. Today it was 30 minutes.

Shout out to @patdamiano_ and @ruggedfitnesslifestyle for the exercises in today’s 30 minute session. Today’s workout was pretty simple.

30 minutes continuous movement
4 ballistic kettlebell rows
4 kettlebell swings
4 kettlebell push press
Repeat on the other side
30 sec rest
10 sandbag lifts
30 sec rest
Continue for 30 min AMRAP

HERE I AM USING A LITTLE BIT LIGHTER WEIGHTS THAN I WOULD NORMALLY USE FOR THESE EXERCISES, BUT I DIDN’T WANT TO BURN MYSELF OUT TOO EARLY SINCE I’M WORKING FOR 30 MINUTES CONTINUOUSLY.

MY WEIGHTS TODAY WERE A 16 KG OR 35 LB KETTLEBELL AND A 70 LB SANDBAG .
