Put this is on a graham cracker crust in a pie plate, chill it for atleast 4hours. Then put cherry/strawberry pie fillings on top... You now have a NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE :)

Thank you for your question, Eliaquim. It is really best to use powder or confectioners' sugar in this recipe to make sure the frosting will be light and smooth. If you use regular white sugar, the frosting will come out grainy.

I made this earlier for some red velvet cupcakes!  Wow, how delicious and easy!  This will be my only cream cheese frosting from now on!  Everyone raved over the flavor and how airy it was and not overly sweet.  I did make one change though.  I used confectionery sugar instead of granulated!  Yumm!!!! Thanks for posting this easy and delish recipe.

Hi Aaron, you can totally use this for a topping on Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding. You can make this with a whisk and a little elbow grease, but it might be difficult to fully incorporate.
