Lucius, you seem to have an unlimited amount of content to share with the realm on all things old realm related and I love it. You have inspired me to make my own truth seeking channel after all these years. Currently learning how to edit and make my own videos like you, but so glad I started posting stuff as well. I wish you well and God Bless everyone who reads this.

Awsome exploration. History is always so vague and like a living being changing, growing, shrinking. A new story with every generation. Thanks LA.

Ice is a fine method used to preserve. I find myself pondering the possibilities whenever I have an opportunity to view an old map.
Thank you for an enlightening exploration dear Professor. I wish you peace and a continued recovery ✨

I think these early explorer dudes from Europe knew very well that they were going to run into the north American continent. They had maps from ? That showed all continents and probably scribbled out ones off the much more complex and complete originals so not to let the original be scooped up by ?
The French or English if you were Spanish. And they were all looking for the fabled cities of Tartaria and the riches they left behind. The Spanish sure didn't waste any time plowing their way up the Mississippi and the west Coast after the gold. One big treasure hunt in my eyes.

GPS, Radar, gyroscope, sextant etc etc only work on a flat realm.

This was a pretty awesome video, LA. Strewn with many Aurelian-grade pearls of humor. I had a good laugh with those. Your subtle sarcasm is something else. Like they had respect for Captain Cook's body because everyone knew he was awesome. 🤣🤣🤣And of course inserting Carl Sagan in a brilliant "No shit, Sherlock" moment. By Golly, if your history lessons were also like this, I feel deprived for not having been there.

Now what are the odds that ol' Jimmy Cook was looking for more mundane things, something his employers would actually care about, like gold, and Old World remnants, especially archeological ones, that needed destr, ... ahem. Restoration?

Hey Lucius, I got something interesting for ya. Look up Fort Jefferson in the south Florida sea. Part of Tortugas National Park.

Here's the funny thing, conflicting dates of being built between 1847-1861.. but look as it's mapped out on 1500's exploration maps of the area as the outline of the fort just off the coast..

😅🤔

Time Zones

The time zones, as shown on the common map, are variable, but roughly 700 miles wide. Easy to check this ...

But, according to narrative, the earth is 25K miles in circumference. So that would make each time zone like 1041 and change miles each.

That would mean that the world map is hiding over 8K miles of stuff.

Also, the north/south distance has no parameters to easily check stuff except the stars. But, nobody wants to hear about star navigation, or do they?

165 million years ago this dinosaur got up at 4 am and this the forest it wandered, this is what it ate, this is what it looked like, this is how it died 165 million years ago....image of Captain Cook? No, that is just too long ago for anyone to know.

Captain Arthur Phillip is definitely one to look at. Established the first convict settlements in Sydney Australia in 1788, following the discoveries of Cook

I worked w/a geologic map maker. Def interesting. Also know a couple who sold all and lived on a boat traveling world for decades incl run in w/armed pirates. Bad day. Obv relied on maps and navigation tools/instruments. They now run tours from Belize and would prob like this video.

i wonder about the provisions of these trips. food is often explained by items like 'hard tack', dried meat and biscuits. but, how were they able to carry enough water?
even if the crews were small it would require a large amount of water, to complete an ocean crossing.
the horses are even more unbelievable. one horse can drink 20 gallons per day.

Go South.
Oh, that’s right, we’re not allowed to go past the 60th parallel.
I guess we just take the liar’s word for it.

Some might ask, during which "age" were the Tropics of Capricorn and Cancer named? Because it certainly was not in the age of Pisces - when those constellations (Capricorn and Cancer) were prominent at the height of the solstices.
(Answer: Aries).
