hijinks, and a blossoming romance. Yet, with his beloved hometown caught up in increasing turmoil, his
family faces a momentous choice: hope the conflict will pass or leave everything they know behind for a
new life.

Went and watched tonight and going again Thursday what a film, everything about it was brilliant. My dad came in 69 for his first tour of duty 8 years later and on his 3rd tour he met and married my mum. She Left Belfast but couldn’t stay in Glasgow she was home sick.
Thank you Keneth for sharing this and to all the actors it is one for the history books.

Just watched Belfast, wasn't really impressed, reminded me of a 60's kitchen sink movies, but I can see it would bring back bad memories for those who experienced the bigotry and violence in those communities
