Braveheart ist für mich einer besten und tief unter die Haut gehenden Filme, wo mir oft die Tränen kamen sowie durch Rührung... durch das Gefühl von Liebe, Respekt und einer vernichtenden Niederlage oder den Verrat, wo man sich auf jemanden verlassen hat... eine Achterbahnfahrt der Gefühle.
Auch wenn ich denke, daß der zweite Teil den ersten nicht schlagen wird können, so freue ich mich dennoch sehr darauf, und wenn Mel Gibson auf wunderbare Weise in dem Film wieder aufersteht, dann hoffentlich nicht im Sinne von Steven King´s "Friedhof der Kuscheltiere"... ich hoffe ihr wißt alle, was ich meine, denn habe keinerlei Werbung für einen Film zu machen, dessen Autoren ich regelrecht hassen gelernt habe und ihn verachte.
Ich wünsche, daß man Mel Gibson endlich vollkommen rehabilitiert, denn er ist ein Guter unter den kranken Irren in Hollywood!
