Being secure with who you are as a woman is key to being able to accept that not every man you want will want you. It is both character building and confidence boosting to be able to walk away assertively with your head held high, from anyone who does not treat you as well as you deserve to be treated but first, you have to know your own worth and not accept breadcrumbs when you deserve a three course meal.
