When the trailer came out for the game I always imagined this mission as Arthur’s introduction. It’d be perfect, the camera revealing our Protag only when the hunter wakes up, it shows off Arthur’s cold hearted ness and pure badassery

I’ve been replaying rdr2 again, I’m currently at the clemens point camp… was doing some chores when micah was sat with Sadie, I’m walking round the corner of the wagon and micah tries to scare Arthur with his gun and says “I got you there didn’t I”… Arthur barely flinched and replied with “just name the time and a place… name the time and place” so calmly and silently. What a badass.

Oh and I antagonised him immediately after and Arthur says “you’re all talk.” & “deep down you’re yellow”

Arthur acts like such a tough bastard, but he has a heart of gold in there. He didn't have to go along with this cougar skinning operation, he could've forced him to do it himself or even threaten to kill him, but he goes along with it as a courtesy.
