Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael have no issue splashing the cash, as we saw with the Bike Shelter and Security Hut fiascos. But when it comes to Budget 2025, what’s missing is any vision or big ideas.

This budget is packed with missed opportunities - on housing, healthcare, child benefits, the USC, and childcare. People are seeing through the Government’s spin, and they deserve better.
