There are specific offices and specific session for that matter infact nasa COA na nga ang report about sa 2022, 2023 and 2024 na budget. nagtaka sila about sa confidential funds during the previous years so inalis na nga sa budget yun. The VP is there for the 2025 pre budget briefing hindi po siya nandiyan para iexplain pano ginastos ang pera noong mga nakaraang taon. All those questions about the previous years can be answered sa ibang session at committee not in this kind of venue. makikita mo talaga na may political agenda ang mga to. kung gusto nilang gisahin si VP or gusto nila ng transparency about the previous years expenditures magfile sila ng resolution para idiscuss yun sa pinakatamang ahensya o committee sa congress. need din naman ng mga tao ang transparency pero dapat nasa tamang lugar at oras.
