@DrRowe Curious about what *not* to do: I have S1 lumbarization and degenerative disc disease at L5-S1., and spinal stenosis.
Past: discectomy L4-L5 and laminrctomy).

I’m afraid to do some of these techniques bc I worry about that S1.

I can’t afford the PT and shots. Pain relief and strengthening are what I need.

Can you please hint at what positions I should avoid (i.e., twisting, where not to bend, etc)?

I understand you can’t give medical advice. Looking for a guideline/rule of thumb.
