Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services in Colorado Springs, Colorado had rotting pets piled up for supposed cremation in 2022. Unfortunately, our family dog was part of this decomposing pile. It's beyond heartbreaking. 💔

I'm sorry that these poor people had to experience a similar situation. 😢

Edit: Lasting Paws didn't face any consequences for their actions, and we will forever know that we don't really have our baby's ashes or REAL paw print.

When our pet died, we stayed for the cremation and watched them put her in the cremation chamber and waited until it was all done.

This was shorty after they pushed me to quit. I told them they weren't going to be able to handle it without me. Feeling pretty vindicated now. When I started working there two years earlier, the rotting pets were piled waist high, but I got that place running smoothly. I wish these reporters had got in touch with me. I would have had a lot to say.
