Possible Spirit Captured Entering/Leaving My Body

After being completely drained from an experience at Wilson castle, I decided to go to bed. When I awoke the next morning, my chest felt as though I had been punched. I was also told that I was snoring all night, which I never snore. If you watch closely, you will see a light anomaly come towards me as I sleep in the bed, and enter near my chest. 20 or so seconds later it shoots up towards the ceiling from it. Was this a spirit? Was this the cause of my chest pain and breathing issues? We may never know. With over 6 hours of footage to view, one thing is for sure. There was a TON of light anomalies/orbs in that room specifically.

Beautiful! I’ve seen them with my own eyes the day before my grandmother died. I was very close with her. It was a ball of multicolor light that was semi see through and about the size of a bowl/small dinner plate in size and was about hip height off the floor. It Flowed right next to me through my door and went passed me while I was on my bed then it went through the wall behind my bed and floated out. It didn’t scare me but I was amazed. It was beautiful. Then I found out it was likely my grandpa or a spirit guide to bring me comfort before my grandmother passed. The night she passed she came to me in my dream and stood outside my living room windows on the front lawn and just stared at me. I knew when I woke her she died. I then checked my phone and listened to all the voicemails that she passed away. I have seen spirits in human form once before and a shadow figure once after my ex’s father passed away in his house- that experience scared the shit out of me. I was in the dark uncomfortable basement doing laundry when I saw this shadow figure and to leave the basement I had to go where I had seen it. I ran up those stairs in like 3 leaps I never moved so fast in my life. Even thinking about that experience I am feeling very uneasy like I’m being watched almost. I NEVER want to experience that ever again.

At the end there was another orb at the bottom right of the screen simultaneously. There were two spirits present.

There was 2 in this video. 2 entered the room together one was higher then the other. One walked over to you and the other lingeres by the floor in the bottom right corner.

There are more orbs near the bed at the bottom of the picture. I find orbs fascinating because when I had an allergic reaction due to an allergy I didn't know I had, I popped out of my body. During that experience, all the super powers of heaven came to greet me. They came and/or left in the form of a glowing orb of light until they grew into a spiritual form or let me know who they were. One of the shapes I took when out of my body was the shape of an orb that glowed. So, I definitely know orbs like these are spirits of some kind.

Some background on this video to clear up questions and comments- this room, as well as others, were being recorded for documentary purposes. This castle is 140+ years old, there are no heat or air ducts, or any heat source for that matter besides the working fireplace on the first floor. This room is on the second floor, and the castle is situated up on a hill, far above the road and in the middle of nowhere. I only checked this footage the next day because I woke up with a sore chest, like someone had punched me.

Since I can remember, all the way back to childhood I experience extreme sleep paralysis. It's like my brain will be awake, I can hear the TV and things around me but I cannot move. I'll tell myself "wake up, wake up, wake up" and eventually I'll shoot up super fast like a weight was lifted. I wonder if it's some type of sleep paralysis entity that enters to steal your energy and then leave. I've always been surrounded by spirits, shadow people, unexplainable things happening. The sleep paralysis used to scare the living shit out of me... to the point I had sleep studies done on me. They hooked a bunch of wires to my head and had me go to sleep but it never happened. I just learned to live with it. It doesn't happen as often as it used to as I've gotten older.

This happens all the time at places that are haunted per say but a person normally feels it or senses something and moves when it happens but some don’t. I can’t imagine having a soul just pop in and take energy like that, that’s all they are doing.

I would want to record my sons sleep too what camera are you using ? A lot happens often during his sleep started at 2 years old he woke up crying and seeing something that must have been moving around him fast as he was fallowing it with his eyes dvd described it as he was 2 he wouldn’t know how to make up or lie about something like that . Since then and now he is 15 he sleep walks and talks in his sleep. and Sometimes has reoccurring dreams. I’m curious to see if any activity would be around him while he sleep talks or gets scared in sleep.
