I love how you simplify everything so we can understand why we are acting the way we do with our kids

I love this channel! You make sense of the arrogance and ignorance in parenting, while enabling parents to retain their dignity and giving children a voice like nothing ever seen before in our time. It is also endearing watching you guys chemistry. When one is talking the other is fully engaged listening. The way that you look at one another also conveys the love you share in a honeymoonish type of way, though you’ve been married for many years. Thank you for giving us a part of you every day to help us sail smoothly though these uncharted waters of parenting our children with the confidence of a seasoned seamen!

" Getting better at accepting more than we expect " ... Thank you so much for this, especially for pointing out that doesn't mean being okay with bad behavior just simply not allowing it to upset you so that you can deal with it better.

I'm more patient with other kids. I've worked in daycare, public schooling with special needs kids, but lately my own my patience has flown the coop.😅

I'm so tired of loosing my cool x( my kid doesn't respect me, I tell him please stop doing that, and he just says "noo" "nothing" and laughs, but if his dad tells him he will stop sometimes..(he's turning 4 in November)

Thx for your help! I'm a mom of 2 and a nursery school teacher and this really helps me❤️

By the way...
I tried the whole "on your feet or on my feet" thing with my nearly 3 year old. He took it literally and I had to walk him out with him standing on my feet like when you dance with kids... Now I refrase it😜😂

I told my 5 year daughter today before bedtime that I am going to get sick or die if she doesn't behave well....I think I made her sad ...I regret making her feel unsecured or sad ....I am so wrong
