Cleopatra supposedly said “No man will ever find my tomb.” Well, it’s starting to look like she was correct. Kathleen Martinez has been fascinated with all things Cleopatra since a little girl. Her parents discouraged her from a career in archeology. So she became an attorney. But her passion for Cleopatra never waned. She has been on a 17 year search for Cleopatra’s tomb, and year after year has returned to Egypt where her and team are on the verge of finding the tomb in a place where all the experts had written off as a viable place to search. She has found coins with Cleopatra’s and Mark Antony’s face on them. It seems to me she works a lot by gut instinct. It’s as if Cleopatra is calling her forward to find her. It looks like she will discover the tomb next dig season, 2023. It will rock the archeological world to it’s core.

breadcrumbs. Still, would be amazing if she was there, even more so if Alexander the Great was found there with her. lol.

This is Cleopatra's escape tunnel from her palace which is in the Mediterranean and Cleopatra wouldn't build her tomb under her palace and I told Kathleen that but she's hung up on what Cleopatra said that no man would find her tomb so she's refusing to listen to me

I new about the dig ten years ago and I put Kathleen in a book I was trying to write, it was baste in the world of the mummy by Anne rice. Every one who read it gave up hope of a second book. So I start it and a few days later in the middle of the egiption spring the ciro museum was invaded by like ten people trying to take shit. One man got stuck in the gift shop 😂 I put it in my book and had one of them be cleopatra. She was looking for Anthony
