I eat OMAD, around noon and probably will have a hunk of butter around 7PM. Losing weight nicely. Easy and good. No stress!! And I’m getting healthier all the time. Don’t over-complicate this.Jesus loves you!!!💜

Someone needs to design a new food pyramid, but here is a thought- do one for each animal for carnivore and show the nutrient dense numbers in each a animal! There ya go! Our current food pyramid and RDA is not science based, but was secretly designed on a religion based ideology by the 7th day Adventists Christians Religion to ruin human hormones, so that means ruining the whole human health aspect since hormones run all in the body! So somebody redo that religion based plant heavy food pyramid please! Don’t believe me that the food pyramid was not science based and is a religious based ideology- then go watch Belinda Fattke and see for your self! Even Mr. Kellogg who designed the plant based heavy sugar company, Kellogg’s, was designed by 7th day Adventists Christians to ruin human health!

I would love to see video on pregnancy and breastfeeding! I’m currently 35 weeks with our 6 baby. And haven’t been able to breastfeed any of our kids I tried everything you’re told to do. Definitely more vegan with those pregnancies and breastfeeding I’ve been listening a lot of videos on eating carnivore and high fat and just curious if all these years starving myself of protein and fat had an effect on breastfeeding. Especially since milk is made up of so much fat. It blows my mind that I’m just now putting this together 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m underweight and it really hurts. I’m always so upset with myself because I just can’t consume a lot of food. I’m trying to make meal plans now to hit my goal of 2, 400 calories a day.
