Delicious and Easy Salmon with Garlic Creamy Sauce Recipe

Hello dears and welcome back to my you tube cooking channel! Today I will present to you a Delicious and Easy Salmon with Garlic Creamy Sauce Recipe! Meat also Bella, my sweet Cane Corso which was spoiled with a healthy snack of air fried salmon skin! :-)

Main Ingredients:
1 kg Norwegian salmon
30 g herb butter
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 head of garlic, sliced in half

Creamy Sauce Ingredients:
5 sun-dried tomatoes (from a jar in oil)
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
A tuft of chives
500 ml heavy cream
40 g grated Parmesan
200 ml white wine
Salt and black pepper to taste

Season both sides of the salmon with salt and black pepper.

Set the Green Pan to the sauté function at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes.

Cut the garlic head in half and add it to infuse the butter and oil.

Take care when flipping, as the fish is fragile without the skin. In the last 2 minutes, increase the temperature to 175°C (347°F).

Slice and add 5 sun-dried tomatoes (from a jar in oil). Chop and add 1 red onion.

Deglaze the pan with 200 ml of dry white wine.

Cook the sauce for 10 minutes at this temperature. Once the alcohol has evaporated, add 500 ml of heavy cream and mix well.
.Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Reintroduce the halved garlic from earlier.
