I began my business with a vision. A vision of building a community upheld by empowerment and authentic expression.

To share my journey, give and seek inspiration, and lift the fear of limitations. In pursuit of this vision I found purpose. Purpose as a mother, a wife, a friend, a teacher, a lover of the earth, and a flow artist.

Just watched your 0-7 month hoop journey from 5 years ago & now this. Seeing how far you've come, what you've found & accomplished thru hooping is absolutely amazing. I've danced my whole life, ballet & jazz 14 years, was part of a ballet company, planned on teaching dance, until 8 years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, chronic pain, had dozens of surgeries in the past 8 years, & now am dealing with a major heart issue. I'm slowly re-healing & been looking to get back into dance somehow. I've been interested for awhile & finally picked up a hoop today to try. I've recently gotten into yoga & feel the flow of the hoop moves with being able to dance again will bring me the healing I'm truly looking for. Thank you for being such an amazing inspiration!
