Restoring XBOX 360 E - Simple and Nice

Hi everyone, thank you for 23:01 of your time. In this video I restore XBOX 360 E, this model is the last from the 360 series. The vinyl is custom made, available in premium car warping shops only. The HDD cover is bit curved and damaged, visible in video :)but still doing the job.

The Xbox 360E is an easy console to take apart. I got one second hand a few years back and the fan stopped working. I opened it, cleaned it, replaced the thermal paste with MX4 and changed the fan. Works flawlessly.

Simple mod, thorough cleaning and making a recycled gaming console look and feel new again. Wonderful video from start to finish.

For the rails of the DVD, use alittle lithium grease, it will help the Lazer move around.
The rubber thing in the back of the disk drive has always cracked and become old, so I used friction tape for it.
If yall ever had some old thermal paste that just won't come off with alcohol, use alittle dw40 on it. It will lift that thermal paste right off, then rub it down with some alcohol to remove the rest of the paste and wd40:)
