My grandmother taught me a bunch of things. One was if you grind up dried mushrooms you add it to the pasta dough. I use it in sauces and stews too. I am not a mushroom eater but it does add good flavor

Yummy! That looks delicious! When I was a young girl, I would go mushroom picking with mom and we would pick 5 gallon pails of them. I think she called them morels. After cleaning, cutting and cooking them. She would make a gravy type sauce with onions and seasonings. My goodness it was frantic tasting. I also preserve vegetables off my garden for winter. You can’t beat a garden potato! It sure saves from having to buy every last thing at the grocery store. I also can meat when it’s on sale, it has to be a really good price. I love your videos. ❤

It's been an age since I was up in Colorado collecting mushrooms and watching your videos has been a great pleasure. In this case I think that you might want to expand your presentation to say oh if you're doing this at home you could substitute these ingredients. Yes having an old atlas is a basic kitchen staple. . Thank you for your videos they're quite educational and I bet people are feeling more confident.
