BUILDING AN OVERLAND CAMPER

Building an overland camper is no mean feat, living and working on and off road full time and in all sorts of conditions, demands a certain amount of... well everything. This was always going to be a challenging head scratching build.

We've learnt a lot from our time on the road, and after 5.5 years full timing across Europe, Asia and North Africa, in all conditions, we know only too well the importantance of capacity coupled with functionality ....

One thing is for sure, building your dream overland camper is more complex than building a house. Stick with us as we max out this build, and future proof it for traveling the world.

Looks great. Seat cushions look really comfy. Two questions: Did you consider the use of 80-20 type aluminum extrusion for the various framing requirements rather than the wood and aluminum angles and shapes used ?...Did you have to use a non return vent device in the waste line(s) piping to prevent unpleasant smells from coming back up the line from the gray tank ?.
