I am Post Menopausal, so now my attention is shifting to the next 30 years and how to take care of this new body. I hope someone has told you about Dr. Mary Claire Haver. She is changing the discussion around Menopause!! She is amazing!!

Thanks for all the great info - as always. YES, please talk more about the protein intake. My husband and I are in our 60’s, eat well overall, and work out with kettlebells three times a week. What do we need to do, protein-wise, to keep our hard-earned muscle mass intact. Thanks and keep all those great recipes coming.

Love your approach to healthy eating, and your sweet personality. I’m 70, have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and I’m now faced with changing the way I exercise because there are certain exercises I should not do. I’ve been doing research and I need more protein in my diet. I eat meat occasionally but prefer to get protein in other ways so yes I would love to see how you incorporate protein in your diet.
