Proper form is very important when doing a lunge. You’re going to start off with dumbbells at your sides and feet hip width apart. Tighten your core and get ready to step forward with 1 leg. Take a large step forward and keep your torso upright. Lower down until your front knee is bent 90 degrees. Don’t let your rear knee touch the ground. Raise back to the starting position.
