as a gymnast of 8 years who does front flips all the time i would practise on the trampoline and then move to the trampette and then move to springboard and finally do on ground :)

A tip if do it in a trampoline park or in a judo mat it will remove some of the pain

Hey everyone! I Self taught myself a frontflip! So, do a roll with hands then do one without hands they jump and do it with hands then jump and do it without hands! It works but I can’t land it!

This is actually a good step by step guide. Will take a long time for me to be able to do it but it looks within reach

Here's what I learned after learning it for 3 weeks(almost got it)
-Jump forward and use your arm to swing to your knee
-When jump pop your butt a bit and jump with toes to increase the height
-Try to tuck as hard as you can and untuck when you feel like you reach the 90° angle of your body and untuck
-To get the confident do front flip on matress and do simple front roll all the way to front flip to build confident then move up to grass to frontflip then do it on ground

Haven't quite master it yet but that my tip on frontflip, hope it help 😅
