I have a question, its been a week that the physical keyboard is locked, it only works when the airplane mode is on and when I turn it off I can't use the keyboard again . can you help please?

To lock keyboard: Press and hold the right shift key for 10 seconds
To unlock keyboard: Repeat the same action
