I searched for a while till i found this. Now I can get my wife off my back about getting the danged thing fixed. Interesting that every one else says first, open the door, remove plastic panel, obtain appropriate repair part required for malfunction, etc. Not once did they answer the question of how to do step one, ITS LOCKED, won't open. So I was glad to see once again with diligence one can find specific questions answered by those with knowledge to share. I applaud your posting my good fellow! Exactly what I asked. Cheers mates!
