How to Unlock a Schlage Electronic Keypad BE365 Deadbolt Using a Key

8 years later and you're still saving lives! My handyman just installed this lock and couldn't figure out how to use the key to unlock the door. The instructions were crappy and did not even mention about the key. So glad I found your video!

Hi MN Eric! (We're in CA but have relatives in Duluth, Eveleth, Edina & Mpls). Good to know how to open door with key, but we are having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to actually replace the battery. Instruction manual shows screw holes, but we can't actually find any! Laurel
